IT Support Technician / 2nd Line Support needed to work for a leading eCommerce firm based in Folkstone, Kent.
The IT Support Technician / 2nd Line Support motivated, tenacious IT support professional, unfazed by new and old technology.
You will have keen desire to get the work done and find more to do.
You're just as happy working on incidents as you are on projects. You have experience to offer and you bring solutions to problems.
Responsible for providing first class IT Support and supporting the development of the IT Infrastructure
ensuring it is secure, efficient and that the IT knowledge in the organisation is leading edge.
On a daily basis you will be:
Monitoring Incidents and Requests on Service Desk
provide a strong Customer focus
Develop policies and Infrastructure
Enforce Data Security
Find ways to improve and update
You have experience of
Active Directory, DNS, Azure, 365
