We are seeking enthusiastic people with a professional approach to work and an interest in ensuring our customers have a great experience to join our growing and friendly sales team in Paddock Wood. We are a Business-to-Business packaging materials distribution company, established in 1973 and very service driven and customer-focused, we go the extra mile and have a caring attitude to our customers, our suppliers and one another.
You will be proficient in operating a computerised CRM system and understand the need to provide great customer experience. Good English and Maths an advantage, and a pleasant telephone manner and a willing and can-do attitude are essential.
The work is office-based in Paddock Wood, Kent; we will provide training and support to help you learn our culture and our systems. We have invested heavily in IT recently to enable members of the team to work from home during Covid lockdown, which will be open to you as necessary.
The pay is monthly, and the hours may be full or part-time, needing to include between 1pm and 5pm, Monday - Friday 4 or 5 days a week as required. Please note we can offer flexible hours to the right candidates.
