Provide full support to the Finance and Operations Manager with business accounting activities, to include, but not limited to:
• Maintaining company purchase and sales ledgers in collaboration with Finance and Operations Manager
• Enter and code financial transactions appropriately and accurately.
• Receive, process, manage approval and pay invoices.
• Bank reconciliations
• Raising sales invoices to collect royalties.
• Review employee expenses and follow up on queries.
• Credit Control
• Liaising with third party providers, licensees, and suppliers
o This will specifically include supporting the Managing Director and Trade Marketing Manager in the Gulf State operations.
This is a full time position, however will consider part time role for the right candidate.
