IT Support Analyst required for a second line IT Support role with a superb software technology company based in Folkestone, Kent. You will be working under the Head of IT Infrastructure for this market leading eCommerce business. This is a great opportunity to join at a time of continued growth. You will be familiar with ITIL and ideally have used the methodology / principles in a previous 2nd Line Support role.
Working on their Service desk you will monitor incidents and requests. You will assist in enforcing Data Security. Experience of some or all of the following is ideal Virtualisation (Hyper-v), AWS, Linux, Windows, Active Directory, DNS, Azure, 365
ITIL/ITSM, and TCP/IP.
