We're delighted to be partnering with a Global manufacturing client in the recruitment of an HR Manager with multi-site responsibility. Working with a wider team of HR professionals across the UK, you will be instrumental in supporting the Director in a mix of generalist HR and projects across two main sites whilst adding strong HR support to several other sites in the south.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* You will be a CIPD Level 7 qualified with experience from within a manufacturing/industrial setting
* Experience of working as an HR Manager with the ability to provide sound HR advice
* Must have previous experience of working autonomously looking after either a site or lines of business
* Drive, develop and implement HR Strategies and projects
* Champion the company culture of quality, continuous improvement and performance
