As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be a pivotal part of our company. You will be responsible for generating new business leads and growing our existing customer base.
This role would suit someone who has a realm of experience and proven track record in face to face and over the phone sales. Someone who is self-driven and not afraid to pick up the phone! You must be comfortable with cold calling and have the ability to build a strong rapport with people at all business levels in a professional and consultative approach. Salesforce experience would be a bonus.
This opportunity is limitless and there are no caps to the commission you can earn. All we ask is that you put 110% into the role and we are certain you will reap the rewards in return.

By no means is this an ‘easy’ job role so if you are looking for a challenge in a fast-paced team focused environment then this may well be the opportunity for you.
Key responsibilities include:
• Growing our customer base through new sales
• Meeting all given KPIs
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Effectively growing and managing a sales pipeline
• Using an industry leading sales tool to manage and record the sales process
• Monitor performance of new customers to ensure they trade to agreed profile
• Identifying new ways to increase return to the business
• Cold calling/lead sourcing
• Generating your own lead campaigns
• Routine customer care calls until hand over of the account
Attributes:
• A strong background of industry sales experience is essential
• Proven track record of success
• Professional and consultative selling approach
• The ability to self-motivate
• Positive mind set and an “outside the box” business approach
• The ability to deliver results & meet expectations
• Confidence in meeting customers face to face
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to engage with different audiences
• Experience in using salesforce is preferred but not essential
• The ability to negotiate & close deals
• Organisation and time management skills
• Presenting & communicating information well
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to analyse customer data
