Salary: £18,000 - £28,000 based on experience

RedSprout Media is an inbound marketing agency based in Canterbury city centre, located amongst loads of great pubs, cafes and restaurants which we make full use of out of lockdown!

We specialise in B2B social media and content strategy, with inbound marketing at the heart of everything we do.

We’re only a year old and have already worked with clients in Florida, Melbourne, The Netherlands and all over the UK. Our clients range from recruitment, to security, to IT and tech. We take pride in creating original, creative social campaigns that cut through the typical B2B stuff.

After growing rapidly, we are looking for a Content Marketing Executive to join our ambitious team of four.

Responsibilities

• Writing engaging copy for e-guides, blog posts, website content and email marketing campaigns
• Working with the team to create disruptive social media campaigns
• Collaborating with video editors to help with script writing and content planning
• Writing content specifically designed to work on different social channels, adapting to different tones of voice
• Contributing to brainstorming sessions and coming up with bold, original ideas
• Managing a range of different projects, working at a fast pace and delivering a high standard of work

Required skills

• An excellent level of written English, with a keen eye for detail
• Storytelling and crafting copy in a way that captivates the audience
• Ability to adapt to different tones of voice
• Ability to create content for different mediums and platforms
• Skills in both long-form written copy such as thought leadership pieces and e-guides, and social-first content like LinkedIn text posts and Facebook ads

Benefits include 22 days holiday plus your birthday off, and we close between Christmas and New Year (you don’t need to use holiday for this).
