We are an award-winning global Digital Marketing Agency and to support the global growth we need an internal recruiter to join our Talent team in recruiting an additional 20 technical people across multiple locations in the next 12 months
You would be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in all aspects of global technical recruitment for projects building large and complex marketing websites.
• Coordinating all recruitment activity ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience at every stage, and that we recruit in line with our core values and technical stack. Managing resourcing campaigns including advertising and passive candidate searches using social media tools. Writing adverts for social media and broadcast.
• Sourcing and screening candidates, screening and technical assessment and managing the full interview and onboarding process. You will also be responsible for managing the admin of the end to end recruitment process, and data input on the HRIS
• Inputting all recruitment activity onto HRIS and ATS and Talent Overview spreadsheets. Preparing weekly reports for Talent Lead and Head of Talent.
• Gather statistics, reporting on metrics and analysis of performance in recruitment and building a pipeline of talent for the future.
The pace of delivery is very fast at this agency so you will need to be able to work unmanaged and comfortable working to specific and demanding deadlines and timeframes. You will need to be experienced in recruitment ( IT recruitment would be an advantage ) but your experience could be from an agency or in house - we are happy to support your learning and will be training you to be a first-rate technical recruiter. There will also be the opportunity after the first year, to get involved with HR and certify with CIPD if you were interested in this.
Needless to say, you will need great communication skills, IT knowledge, tenacity, drive, good time management skills, attention to detail and resilience.
