Part-Time Credit controller / Accounts clerk
We are currently seeking a part-time experienced accounts credit controller / Accounts clerk. The role will be flexible to suit a 3-day working week, 5-hour day.
Operating from our office in Folkestone, Kent, you will be managing the Accounts daily and provide an effective, proactive, and efficient service to the business.
Key skills and experience:
-Processing sales invoices, receipts, and payments
-Checking company bank statements
-Month end duties
-Dealing with all petty cash
-Accruals and Prepayments
-Preparing cash flow statements
-Dealing with financial paperwork
-Chasing invoices, Receivables.
-Dealing with employee expenses.
-Xero experience or similar.
-Microsoft excel and word.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has extensive experience of working in small run organization who is happy to work with finance systems and implementation of new systems.
