Due to an internal promotion, the company are now ready to hire a junior administrator into their Head Office, to join their busiest administrative team - providing a crucial service, resolving problems and following process to ensure customers needs are fulfilled.

Varied day-to-day responsibilities - liaising with clients ranging from international law firms to local government, and delivering customer service by telephone and email; resolving queries, through following troubleshooting processes; collecting and storing information into the system such as key documents and data, updating customer information; answering queries regarding technical products; regular research projects.
