I am currently working in partnership with a fantastic company in the heart of Tunbridge Wells who specialise within communications. The company are well established with circa 40 employees who work with some of the world’s largest and most innovative companies, enabling professionals to access the most up to date, relevant and important industry news, developments, products, and services.

The market has continued to grow, in part due to the needs of their clients, the pandemic and the development of an innovative service offering, unrivalled within the sector. As a result of this continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work alongside Senior Management, overseeing all client projects from initial enquiry through to completion.

You will manage all live and planned projects, understanding key deliverables, aims, budgets and timescales, allocating tasks, scheduling works, and booking hours with external agencies, whilst keeping an eye on budgets and issues along the way! You will undertake weekly reporting of projects, chasing up account executives and account managers, whilst highlighting areas of concern – ultimately being a beacon of knowledge!

You will have a science or medical background, whether this be from within medical communications, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare excellent organisational, problem solving and communication skills. In addition, you will be comfortable at managing diverse workloads and teams, being able to bring individual elements together to complete projects.
