Based within the heart of the town, with easy, local parking, this small company with a big reputation are building their team of Customer Service advisors.

THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTRE!

Working within the order management team, you will enjoy a team oriented, customer service focused role, making gentle, proactive product promotion calls, to build rapport with existing customers and introduce new or promotional products. As a result, you will be involved in customer service, order taking and administration. You will send emails with marketing information, and process some payments.

This role is ideally suited to someone who is available immediately, who has perhaps had a previous sales background wishing to step away from a hard sales setting but is happy to make outbound calls. The whole focus on this role is customer service and relationship building.

Flexible onboarding allows for a temp to perm, or straight to permanent start.
