Littlebourne House is a residential and EMI care home. We are currently recruiting Senior Health Care Assistants (Night) to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
To work as part of the team
Provide care for residents with respect and dignity while promoting as much independence as possible
Leading and supporting Health Care Assistants
Support Care Leads to run day-to-day duties.
Skills/ Requirements
You are required to have basic desire to care
Communicate effectively.
Have experience of working in an elderly people care home.
NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care is desired but not essential. Candidate wishing to apply must be willing to pursue this after the induction period. Cost of the course will be paid by Littlebourne House.
Littlebourne House can offer;
