Quality Auditor
Barker Munro Recruitment, the Kent Insurance specialists, are working with an exciting insurance broking business based in Kent, who are offering an excellent opportunity within their business.
The role of Quality Auditor involved completing internal audits on the duties and processes carried out by the front line insurance brokers. This could be audio or written work. The job will involve reviewing calls between advisors and customers as well as files and other forms of contact and assess your findings in line with company standards and financial regulations. The position of Quality Auditor is a key role in the business and will also support the management team.
Having completed an internal audit you will analyse and then present your findings and provide feedback as well as monthly summaries to the business. You will play an active role with the management in identifying areas where expectations are being met and exceeded as well as areas that can be improved and how to improve these and steps to be put in place.
For the role of Quality Auditor, there is an expectation that ideally you will have some kind of recent experience and exposure in insurance or an FCA registered industry so you have an understanding of treating customers fairly (TCF). However, consideration is given to any candidate who shows an interest in the audit and compliance areas, previous call handling experience and knowledge of working with Microsoft Excel to a good standard, including working with Pivot tables and be able to present using Powerpoint.
Critical for the role of Quality Auditor will be the ability to work with a team of people whilst managing and responding to feedback positively and always encouraging and supporting colleagues to do their best.
