Looking for a Business Development Manager to join a Design and Build Construction company in the Croydon area.
You will have background as a BDM within the Commercial Design and Build - Fit Out Sector
Role & Responsibilities
*
To develop new clients via a variety of methods such as calls, emails, meetings
*
Work closely with Construction professionals and directors to establish growth within the business
*
To increase brand awareness
*
Attend client meetings and deliver presentations/pitches to new and existing clients
*
To take on Account Management responsibilities with existing clients.
Required Skills & Experience
*
Proven experience in a sales or business development role
*
Knowledge of the Commercial design and build, fit out sector.
*
Strong client-facing skills
*
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle, highly desirable.
