I am currently working in partnership with a fantastic, award-winning, SaaS company in the heart of Tunbridge Wells who specialize within international marketing and communications. The company are well established with circa 40 employees who work with some of the world’s biggest companies, enabling professionals to access the most up to date, relevant and important industry news, developments, products, and services.

The market has continued to grow, in part due to the needs of their clients, the pandemic and the development of an innovative service offering, unrivalled within the sector. As a result of this continued growth, they are looking for a Digital Marketing/Data Analyst to join the team.
The role will be a blend of analytics, reporting, UX, research and analysis of findings, ultimately to drive user engagement and help optimise the success of the business and SaaS platform. You will identify how members of the platform access content, understand the effectiveness of PPC, SEO and marketing campaigns, spot trends, developments, and changes, whilst working with the wider team and reporting findings to them. This is an invaluable role to the business; the successful candidate will help the business to grow and diversify based on your ability to read between the lines – ideal for a data/tech savvy individual with a strong marketing/business analyst background.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and knowledge of the digital marketing, alongside the importance of business/web analysis, confident at delving into facts and figures to extract tangible results. You will ideally have a working knowledge and understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, analytics, metrics, reporting, CMS systems, and any knowledge of HTML, SQL, JavaScript would be beneficial.
