Job Title: Customs Clearance Clerk - No shifts

Location: Dover, office based

Hours: Monday-Friday, various hours between 7am - 6pm depending on your preference

Salary: £23k-£35k DOE

Benefits: Parking on site, 20 days holiday, 3% pension scheme

We are currently recruiting a new team of Customs Clearance Clerks to oversee all International Import relating to European arrival in the UK including Customs system input processing.

As a Customs Clerk your role would involve:

* Processing Import/Export customs declarations
* Dealing with general enquiries from internal & external sources concerning all areas relating to Customs Procedures, Tariff Classifications, Duty Rates and any other documentation requirements
* Keeping up to date with changes in regulations, laws and customs procedures

Skills and experience required:

* Previous experience as a Customs Clearance Clerk
* Excellent organisational skills and be able to respond quickly and effectively to the business needs
