Our CAF Bank division is seeking a motivated, pro-active, experienced Fraud Specialist to work within our Fraud, Reconciliation and Card Team.
The role requires the job holder to be responsible for all areas of day-to-day fraud management, including:
• Reviewing transaction monitoring reports and contacting customers to validate suspicious payments.
• Investigating, managing and resolving fraud cases in line with internal procedures and external regulations.
• Liaising with customers, merchants, other banks, external providers and enforcement authorities.
• Chargeback and dispute resolution.
• Preparing internal management information and mandatory external fraud reports.
• Assisting other departments to investigate and respond to CIFAS Referrals and Production Orders.
• Reconciling internal control accounts.
This role requires a background in banking and fraud investigation. Ideally you will have experience dealing with card, online and other types of payment fraud
Part of a small team of fraud, reconciliation and card specialists you will be responsible for assisting in the development of anti-fraud policies and procedures and delivering a first class service to customers.
You will have excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills combined with the ability to multi-task and manage and prioritise your own workloads.
