Leading Edge Labels & Packaging is an award winning state of the art UV Flexo Label & Film Printer based in Kent, offering a wide range of innovative packaging solutions to large retail and blue chip companies globally.
The Role:
Leading Edge Labels and Packaging have a position available for an organised and effective Packing Area Supervisor with good organisation and people skills.
Main Duties:
• Planning workload for packing team.
• Keeping the team motivated.
• Keeping all paperwork and system requirements up to date and in order.
• Driving outputs and efficiency within the team.
• Keeping a very tidy work area ensuring products are not mixed.
• Controlling levels of staff to suit workloads.
• Ensure quality requirements are met.
• Work well within the supervisory team.
What we Require:
• Good organisational skills.
• Good eye for detail.
• Strong leadership, communication and supervision of full time and temporary staff.
• Enthusiasm and energy.
• Ability to measure, monitor and improve outputs.
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work on own initiative.
• Flexible, professional and hard-working approach.
