Due to an exceptionally busy last six months, we are now looking to grow our team with a focus within Technical Developers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Solution Architects and Quantitative Developers as well as Business Analysts and Project Managers. These highly talented contractors will be working within innovative projects that include new ways of working within Trading teams including a trend in automating much of the Front Office and Trading and Sales Operations, introducing Ultra Low Latency Market Data for Automated Trading & Market Data Back-testing. These changes are creating a new breed of high performing, IT Technologists combining outstanding academic achievement with algorithms and technical skills including C# and Python, Cloud Technologies, Data Lakes, DevOps and Data Visualisation using Spotfire and others.

This is a senior role within the company and involves working closely high profile, corporate clients and leading brands with a focus within the Energy sector and within Commodities, New Energies and B2B Wholesale Energy Supply epecially.

We are also looking for help with the recruitment of Change Managers and Digital Ventures, so placing roles such as UX/UI Designers, Product Managers Digital Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, Web Developers, React JavaScript Developers, and more!


You should have around 5 to 15 years’ experience working within a dynamic Resourcing Solutions organisation as well as a strong background within Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Ideally this will have been gained within Technical IT Recruitment as well or within a similar Energy Trading environment. This needs to include demonstrated success working with leading, global brands combined with stakeholder engagement skills and an innovative and entrepreneurial flair and a desire for success.
