We are currently recruiting for an international organisation, based on the outskirts of Maidstone, that are seeking to recruit an experienced Material Handler to join their Warehouse team.

The role will require you to divide your time between job pack preparations for the manufacturing and support areas whilst also providing general support to Logistics.

Duties will include:
* Routine on-time delivery of raw material job packs into the manufacturing areas
* Creation of, implementation of, improvement of and management of raw material dispensing systems
* Dispensing of raw materials
* Perform routine inventory management transactions in the company ERP system
* Support routine cycle counts for raw materials and intermediates
* Manual handling, including the physical movement of goods via mechanical handling equipment
* Warehouse security, including loading/unloading of vehicles and supervision of drivers
* Receiving, labelling and the organised storage of materials
* Assist with maintaining Logistics areas to a high standard of cleanliness, routine cleaning of equipment and dispensary areas as well as responsibility for general housekeeping and tidiness

Key Experience:

* Previous experience within a similar role
* A background in warehousing; shipping or manufacturing is preferred
* Medical/Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is highly advantageous
* Dispensing experience would be advantageous
* Experience working within an ISO9001/cGMP facility preferable
* Experience with ERP systems including barcoding
* Good understanding of QA and HSE systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communicator
* Experience of Microsoft Office products
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Must have the ability to plan and prioritise tasks without supervision
