Main Duties
. Utlising management system to record information
. Responding to customer emails
. Diagnose any IT problems and solve any issues
. Guiding customers through processes to fix issues
. Updating documents
Monday - Friday
Work From Home and In Office (Potentially Required)
£18,000 - £22,000
23 Days Holiday
