The Governors are seeking to appoint a Director of Operations to join the Executive Board, with excellent inter-personal skills to assume responsibility and accountability for the delivery of the school’s estates strategy and to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the school’s operations including the estates, facilities and services functions.

The successful applicant will have previous leadership experience in a similar role together with a background of estates management, maintenance works (both planned and reactive), delivery of capital projects and budget management, health and safety oversight as well as leading teams within catering and other support facilities, ideally in the education sector.

The post of Director of Operations at King’s Rochester is a key leadership role reporting to the Principal and working closely with other members of the Executive Board to develop and implement operational strategies in line with King’s Rochester Whole School Strategic Plan.
