Customer Services Professional needed to join a leading Financial Services firm based in Tunbridge Wells.
Working for a well known and established brand within their field - working from warm leads and dealing with both inbound and Outbound calls.
The role of Customer Services Proffesional will be responsible for taking Inbound calls and making outbound calls contacting new and existing customers and introducing my clients products.
Other responsibilities include:
Working to sales targets and KPI's
Communicating with existing customers
Identifying new clients
Upselling and cross selling
Experience in a telephone based Sales/Customer service role would be preferable however, this role is very much about the person - if you have a bright bubbly nature and a strong work ethic along with good customer services skills then please apply.
Training will be provided.
This will initially be a work from home role due to covid restrictions after which point it will be office based.
The company has two different teams you could work on - one of which works fixed hours of 9-5pm / Monday to Friday and the other team work on a shift pattern of 9-5pm / 10-6pm / 11-7pm working one saturday in 4.
All of the teams are super friendly and the company will lay the foundations for a fabulous career.
