As the senior clinic administrator you will be support a small team of administrators and receptionists, ensuring smooth daily running of the clinic and ensuring standards are upheld the team. You will take charge of all office administration, management of the customer service delivery by the team and preparing and monitoring management information, reporting directly into the COO. Organisation of diary system and filing processes will also be included in your overall responsibilities.
Undertake other general tasks across the business, including marketing and campaign management to increase revenue and work closely with the marketing and events department in creation of campaigns, materials and for access to event promotions and attendance.

You will need:
- office experience, preferably in a practice/medical/clinic environment
