Support & Implementation Engineer
Flexible Working (100% remote for now, post covid 2 days office, three home)
My client are currently growing their team and are looking to hire a professional from a technical background to join as a Support & Implementation Engineer.
You will be tasked with providing technical support to clients during the implementation process, as well as this you'll develop strong working relationships with existing and new clients in order to work together as efficiently and successfully as possible. As well as this, you will be responsible for but not limited to configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go live support.
The ideal candidate will come from a technical background providing IT support in a 2nd line support capacity with strong experience and knowledge around the Windows Environment i.e. operating systems, Active Directory, SSL Certificates & Networking.
Technical Requirements: -
* Networking & Security
* Understanding of Firewalls, debugging at TCP level using tools such as Netsat, Telnet, Tracert
* Proxy/Reverse Proxy Situations and how they can affect connectivity between server/clients
* Citrix, VirtualBox, Vagrant, VMware
