Press Brake Setter/Operator:
Based on the outskirts of Ashford, our client are seeking a temporary CNC Press Brake Operator, ideally with AMADA experience. The company are specialists in precision components and work to tight tolerances and quality specifications. working 40 hours a week, straight days with a view to going permanent, to join an established team, with responsibilities including operating/setting presses.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled press setter to join an established business offering long term opportunities. Initial requirement will be for one month, with potential to be reviewed. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0730 to 1600
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Changing and installation of various Press Tools in a safe manner;
* Bending press operation;
* Quality checking and testing;
Person Specification:
* It is essential that the successful applicant possess experience of completing CNC bending machines
* Has worked to tight tolerances and high quality specifications
* Ability to understand and work from engineering drawings
Due to the location of employment, transport will be required.
