Sales and Customer Support Advisor with immediate start!
Do you have sales experience or a natural flair for sales? Do you enjoy providing great customer service?
This role starts as a temporary contract with the aim of it becoming a permanent role!!
Our fantastic and local client make and provide their own exceptional products to promote health and well-being. If you want to work for a company with an excellent reputation for quality and service, then this is the role for you!!
Your day-to-day duties will include;
• inbound and outbound calls
• providing excellent customer service
• processing orders and providing product advice
• general administration
• taking payments and shipping details
• working within a supportive and nurturing team
The clients you will be dealing with could be individuals looking to purchase products for their own private use, or even health-care professionals looking to purchase larger quantities.
Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and you will be offered a competitive salary in return.
