I am currently working in partnership with a fantastic company in the heart of Tunbridge Wells who specialise within scientific and medical communications who are on a trajectory of growth! The company are well established with circa 30 employees who work with some of the world’s biggest pharmaceutical companies, enabling healthcare professionals to access the most up to date, relevant and important industry news, developments, products, and services.

The market has continued to grow, in part due to the needs of their clients, the pandemic and the development of an innovative service offering, unrivalled within the sector – to the extent that other medical communications agencies are clients! As a result of this continued growth, they are looking for a Healthcare Marketing Communications Manager to help grow and develop the platforms audience and reach.

Within the role you will plan, develop, and implement strategies to increase the HCP audience and membership levels of the platform, develop new outreach channels and 3rd party relationships, guide and direct the internal marketing communications teams, whilst using your experience of compliance/guidelines in the wider business – ensuring the delivery of both marketing and communications specific projects.
You will come from a pharmaceutical, healthcare of life sciences background within Marketing, Communications, PR, or a closely related field – personality and culture fit is also very important! It would be beneficial to have used Hubspot, Marketo etc, alongside various content management systems.
