We are urgently seeking to recruit a Technical Field Support Engineer that is customer focused, has a passion for technology, continuously looking to expand their capabilities, self-motivated and flexible. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate, but not limited to, the following skills:
o A passion for achieving and maintaining set objectives within a Technical Support environment.
o Confident resolving and explaining ICT related issues. o Deliver a high standard of customer service.
o Installs, Moves and Changes; able to demonstrate understanding of delivering IT equipment, including time management and customer liaison.
o Maintaining and using Asset Management records and able to evidence the ability to learn new systems and applications.
Immediate start, working hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00 through till at least the end of March 2021.
This is a field based role supporting our customers in their office environments, all covid measures are in place and travel expenses will be paid.
The use of your own vehicle and confirmation of business use insurance will be required on offer of appointment.
