With offices on both sides of the Atlantic, Top Villas is one of the world’s leading luxury villa rental specialists. This is an exciting role where you will be the main point of contact for guests who have made a booking through Top Villas with the objective of ensuring an excellent guest experience throughout their booking and stay. If you are a proactive and organised individual, with a passion for the travel industry, this could be your next fantastic opportunity!
Role duties:
Build solid rapport with guests prior to their stay and go above and beyond to anticipate their needs
Assist with adhoc guest requests on the lead up to and throughout their stay
Maximise revenue from travel extras to hit monthly targets
Minimise negative reviews and increase the volume of positive reviews
Handle all complaints, compensation requests and damage claims
Liaise with property managers and suppliers regarding pre-arrival requests and guest issues during their stay
Build relationships with existing and new suppliers to ensure we are offering the best possible experience to our guests
What we are looking for:
Great communication and teamwork
A high level of organisation and professionalism
Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Excellent attention to detail
Friendly and confident
An interest in property and travel
This is a full-time position and you will be based at our beautiful offices on the outskirts of Canterbury. We can offer an immediate start for the right candidate so if this sounds like the position for you, click to apply today!
Working hours are 5 days per week Monday to Sunday (40 hours per week) with flexible shift patterns expected.
