We are recruiting for a Senior Search Account Executive to join our growing team of GIANTS in our digital Marketing Agency in Folkestone, Kent.

We’re looking for someone already skilled in Digital Marketing best practices to assist and support the Spark Group Manager with an ever-expanding portfolio of small business clients. Spark Agency was set up in the midst of the pandemic to help and support small businesses who were exploring online marketing for the first time. If you’re passionate about supporting small and local businesses this is an excellent opportunity to do so. As a Senior Search Account Executive, you’ll need to be an effective communicator, be able to assist the team executives with the application of their work, and have the ability to help clients learn as they go through their education and understanding of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Report directly into Spark Group Manager
Analyse client accounts and spot issues before they arise
Effectively communicate digital marketing basics and best practices to business owners that have little understanding of the online world
Work with all members of the Spark team to achieve results for all Spark clients
Attend training to keep up to date with best digital marketing practices
Excellent attention to detail
Ensure GDPR compliance with all data
Ensure all company processes are adhered to by yourself and your team
To deliver clear ROI for clients as a result of their investment in digital marketing
Ensure your client projects, roadmaps and strategies are delivered on time and to the best standard.

We’re looking for someone who is an outstanding communicator, who is fully accountable and wholly positive
You should be effective in your role, and self aware about who you are in the organisation and what you represent. We are looking for someone with a ‘growth’ mindset who is invested in their professional development and always takes a constructive view to learning new skills.

Essential Skills:


Up to date knowledge in SEO techniques
Up to date knowledge in PPC techniques
Excellent attention to detail
Great demonstrable knowledge of SEO, PPC, Content and Social best practices and applications
Ability to analyse client accounts and spot issues before they arise
Ability to effectively communicate digital marketing to business owners that have little understanding of it.
Ability to problem solve and find solutions in a timely manner under your own initiative
Excellent prioritisation, organisation, time and workload management skills
Excellent written and spoken English (equivalent to standard of B grade or higher English Language GCSE)
Excellent maths and statistical/analytical skills (equivalent to a standard of B grade or higher GCSE)
