Our client is looking for an additional Site Manager to manage a high end residential building project in Sevenoaks. The role is responsible for overseeing contractors on site, dealing with architects, quantity surveyors and suppliers. Responsible for all the health and safety, drawing issues, working with the foreman and ensuring the site is working on time and to budget.
You must have excellent organisational skills, be a good manager and team player, have an aptitude for figures, have the ability to work to deadlines and be a good problem solver.
You will need to have at least 3 years of Site management experience, preferably on high end residential and an up to date SMSTS.
