The company are a market leader in Kent and the South-East and this is their top performing branch.

They are looking for an experience Property Manager with the following responsibilities

Work closely with landlords and tenants and offer a first class service
Conduct property inspections and complete detailed reports
Make sure all certificates and insurances are up to date a follow guidelines
Inventory
Organise repair and maintenance of properties


We are looking for candidates who come from a property management background who have the ability to offer a fantastic customer service:

Excellent communication skills
Be able to manage 100+ properties.
Good organisation
Ability to negotiate
Ability to identify further opportunities to expand portfolio.
