Assistant to the CEO

Monday - Friday
10am-2pm
£25,000 - £27,000 pro-rata.
Ideally Tunbridge Wells area based

Interpersonnel is partnering with a fast-growing employer to source an Assistant to the CEO. A part time role with core hours Monday to Friday 10am – 2pm, some flexibility is required to support the CEO and other Senior Management members.

This will include but is not limited to.

• Dealing with incoming emails, calls, inquiries on behalf of the CEO, acting as a liaison when appropriate
• Organizing meetings while making sure the CEO is well prepared & that all notes/action items are taken/distributed quickly
• Organizing travel
• Maintaining the current SharePoint filing system
• Overseeing all Administrative needs/request from CEO’s direct reports (i.e. Paid Subscription Accounts, Meetings)
• Scheduling personal and business appointments for CEO; all insurance updates, license renewals, house care, doctors’ appointments, and all other such appointments applicable to both personal and business needs
• Act as first point of external contact for CEO and identify priorities before they reach CEO
• Creation/Delivery of any custom reports requested and/or required by the CEO
• Collaboration with Finance to ensure relevant CEO expenses are properly documented for Accounting Team
• Drafting emails and policies on behalf of the CEO as requested
• ANY other duties deemed necessary by the CEO

The Following Skills Are Required for This Role

• Ability to adapt to working for a fast paced yet quirky team and keep that spirit alive.
• Good computer skills
• Great organizational skills
• Good English and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Being able to think outside the box and see the big picture
• Attitude and a strong work ethic are a must
• Intuition and the ability to be proactive rather than reactive

A remote based position yet own transport will be required to attend meetings with the CEO. Ideally the right candidate will be Tunbridge Wells based. At present Interpersonnel Recruitment are carrying out virtual registrations in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
