Quantity Surveyor- New build industrial units- Paying up to £50,000 + package

Established in 2016 they work across the country with a focus on the South East region, After several successful years plus a full orderbook for 2021 they are going from strength to strength and expect to turnover £25m next year. Your new role
You will be site based responsible for up to 2 projects depending on location proximity. Typical projects range from £2-4m, New build industrial units. You will be responsible for general surveying duties as well as doing your own take offs and measurements via bluebeam.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have up to 3 years' experience working on new build industrial units or have a main contracting background. This role requires a strong mentality as the projects are very fast paced. Project's typically have a 25 to 30 week programme with a lot of front end procurement.

What you'll get in return
In return you will get a salary of up to £50,000 + package which includes a car allowance. You will also get full support from the Senior QS who will help you develop and progress within.
