Experienced production team leader wanted! Growing, international company, with decades of experience in their industry, based on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells.

Due to team and company expansion, our client are looking for a new Production Team Leader, to ensure the smooth day to day running of their production operations, including output of customer orders, managing an assigned production line and its team, and providing training to staff on policy, procedures and working standards. Health and safety is of paramount importance and you will be responsible for training staff and the ongoing monitoring of compliance. Any temps that come in will also be under your guidance and training.

The ideal candidate will see the benefit of valuing staff and have experience of developing teams, promoting training and career progression and longevity within the business. Reporting into senior management, you will share information on progress and areas for improvement, as well as staff matters. Key targets and SLAs are in place, including work rates and waste minimisation.

- an experienced team leader/supervisor
- good with people, and supports their team to develop
- used to working towards processes, compliance and targets/KPIs
- able to communicate effectively with teams and managers
- experienced in using a production software, or is IT proficient
