Client Services Advisor - Maidstone - £20,000 to £22,000
Our client is currently recruiting a Client Services Advisor to join their team based in Maidstone. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to enhance their skills and develop experience within an office-based environment.
* Handling inbound phone calls from new and existing clients
* Managing existing customer accounts
* Ensuring all the data on the system is correct
* Working towards new business targets
* Keeping up to date with company products, policies and procedures
* General administration duties
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Confident telephone manner
* Ability to build strong relationships
* Previous experience working within an office environment
* The ability to speak another language fluently would be desirable
