Gateman / Labourer job in Halstead 18 months £11.15 p/h Umb or £8.72 plus hol pay PAYE
Your new company is a housing developer building 29 luxury homes on a brownfield site in Halstead
Your new role is to man the Gate, sign in and out visitors, staff and deliveries, keep access & egress routes clear, general welfare of the site demise and assist with general labouring duties.
What you'll need to succeed is a CSCS Card, previous construction experience, good communication skills, photo ID, proof of NI, pass a verbal reference check from one employer in the last 12 months. A Traffic Marshal or Traffic Banksman qualification is useful not essential.
What you'll get in return is a long term agency assignment for 18 months working 07:30-17:00 (45 hours) plus overtime at a rate of £11.15 Umbrella or £8.72 plus holiday pay on PAYE paid weekly.
