You will provide exceptional customer experience to a portfolio of clients over the phone. You will act as first point of contact for their clients and policyholders for any queries they may have.

You will advise and update the clients on all relevant events and discussions during the claim ensuring complete customer happiness.

On the day-to-day you will shadow and receive training, from day one you will work with customers and clients, learning how to build long term relationships.

You must have the ability to deal with demanding customers in a sympathetic but firm manner over the telephone.
