You will enjoy a busy, fast-paced position, which encompasses a wide range of activities; spanning customer service, soft sales and front of house duties, with very little pressure, just team goals to achieve.
You will need to content making outbound telephone calls, to lapsed/historic customers. Encourage new and repeat business and increased revenue for the business, whilst still maintaining excellent service and customer satisfaction. Handle outbound and inbound phone calls and emails from a selection of different customers, clients and suppliers. Record and load information into the internal systems, demonstrating good IT skills and attention to detail whilst working to a pace and to deadlines.
This role would be brilliant for someone with good sales and customer service skills, a good telephone manner and some office experience is desirable.
