Clark James Insurance Recruitment are inviting applicants with a knowledge of motor vehicle construction and repair techniques and some experience of computerised damage estimating systems including Audatex. This is a brand new role working within an Insurance claims capacity for a successful and expanding Motor Insurance team.
The purpose of the role will be assisting policy holders who have been involved in a car accident and managing the repair process for their vehicle in order to settle their claims as efficiently as possible. This will include liaising closely with customers, third parties including other insurers, suppliers and repairers.
You will have lots of phone contact in this role so customer service skills are important and you will also provide invoice payments for repairs, recovery and total loss and deal with queries from all parties.
In order to be considered for this role it is essential you can demonstrate a good working knowledge of vehicle construction and repair methods and have some experience of using Audatex to estimate repair costs. Ideally you will also have a basic knowledge of the Insurance claims process and a basic understanding of Insurance principles.
This is a Monday to Friday role with a solid salary and benefits package, please apply today but only if you have the relevant Vehicle and Audatex experience please.
