WORK/JOB COACH – PERMANENT ROLE

Join our team as a Work/Job Coach and support young people with learning difficulties and/or autism in a range of workplace settings, including:

Hospitals/Retail/Care Homes/ Hospitality/Childcare/Offices/Warehouses/Agricultural

Hours: An exciting range of hours are available and you’ll work on a permanent, part time basis with the potential to increase to full time hours - subject to young peoples’ work coach support needs.

Location: In and around Medway and Swale

Pay: £21,164, pro rata + paid holiday. This is an hourly rate of £11 per hour. We feel this higher than average pay rate rewards the current need we have for people to support the young people in a range of different work placement environments, including hospitals, care homes and retail

Experience of working as a Work/Job Coach and with young people with a learning difficulty and/or autism is desirable, but not essential.
