In this role, you will lead a small team, that look after a portfolio of audit clients.
With support from staff in your team, you will plan audits with clients- to be conducted at their office site, in the office, or elsewhere (expenses paid); open and manage audit files, and work through all elements of the audit to completion. There is support provided from junior (part qualified, administrators and qualified) staff at various stages of the audit process.
Previous client contact / meeting attendance is highly beneficial.
The successful candidate MUST drive.

Audit work will likely take up circa 60-70% of your time, with the remainder to be spent flexibly. If you are particularly keen on furthering your tax, accounts or other general practice experience- then this could suit you!

Monday-Friday role 9-5; permanent

This role could really suit a candidate.... currently working in London and looking to stop commuting, and lead the audit team of a growing local practice;............. equally, it could suit someone working in a more local practice, looking to move into a more management/leadership role............; OR, could suit a candidate that has worked in a pure audit position previously, and whilst enjoying it, might want to diversify their experience and build exposure into other areas too.

To be successful in this application, you MUST come from a practice environment and have full audit experience... You must be based locally - Tunbridge Wells, Crowborough, Tonbridge, Uckfield, Sevenoaks, Kings Hill.......... and you SHOULD be career-driven and capable of leading a team to drive their brilliant reputation forwards.
