Rockdale House is an independent residential care home in the heart of Sevenoaks. The purpose-built home was opened in 2013, and houses 50 residents. Rockdale is a charity committed to its Mission and Objectives to establish Rockdale House as a model of excellence in residential care.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse who as an experienced operational leader who can adapt to the ever-changing needs required of the home and who will act as the Association’s ambassador, to lead, promote and maintain high standards of care safeguarding the health and wellbeing of the residents in the home.
Ideally, you should have at least 3 years’ operational management experience with up to date knowledge and understanding of working within a regulatory environment.
