I am excited to be recruiting for a local construction organisation who are seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to start in a temporary position as early as next week with the opportunity of being taken permanent for the right candidate. This role would be ideal for someone part-time hours over three full days a week.

Duties include:


* Assisting with staff expenses
* Assisting with purchase invoice processing
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Liaising with the Procurement Department and site staff
* Assisting the team with ad hoc duties





Skills required:


* Experience working within the construction industry
* Used SAGE previously
* Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task seamlessly
* Communicative and confident when speaking with clients
