O’Rourke Contracting currently have a vacancy within their civil engineering division for a Civils Supervisor in London and the South East.

Principal duties include coordinating and supervising the pre start and then on site operations ensuring correct day to day management of the companies site requirements.

The ideal candidate must have experience in running on site civils and drainage repair gangs and a strong knowledge of all build methods and materials.

Day to day duties will include:

· Liaising with clients to ensure works are completed to an acceptable standard
· Planning and coordination of civil operations i.e labour,plant,materials
· Measuring of works
· Completion of site based documents
· Site Audits
· Deliver toolbox talks
· Management of companies health,safety,environmental and quality procedures

Criteria
· Experience essential
· Good communication skills
· Good practical and problem solving skills
· Ability to read site drawings
· Driving licence
· Flexible attitude to overtime if required
· SSSTS
· Supervisor NRSWA
· CSCS
· knowledge of Microsoft office and excel

Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 5pm - Overtime as required
Salary and benefits
· 40-45k dependant on experience
