Childrensalon is now recruiting for a Junior Website Systems Analyst to work as a part of the award-winning team at Childrensalon in our busy Tunbridge Wells Head Office units. We are looking for a fast-thinker and learner with natural problem-solving skills to work closely with the existing team as well as collaborating with other teams within Childrensalon. The ideal candidate will have an active interest in new and old technology and have practical skills of MS products. Great verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

- Organising and assisting in project planning
- Helping to implement new systems improvements by communicating with the developers and the project owners where necessary and
managing specific tasks
- Supporting the team in performing new functionalities testing
- Troubleshooting issues and logging them with the developers where necessary
- Maintaining the systems used by the Childrensalon teams with daily/weekly/monthly checks
- Organising and managing tasks related to the current buying/ products/ orders processes
- Making sure all the data in the systems are clean, accurate and on time
- Acting as the first line of support for the rest of the Childrensalon team
- Building and managing relationship with the developers
- Collaborating with the back-office systems team to resolve any cross-related issues
- Understanding the different departments workflows and how the systems they use benefits or can benefit them

- Practical skills of Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word etc)

This role is based at our Head Office in Tunbridge Wells, however, due to the current Coronavirus pandemic will require flexibility and some working from home.
