This is an exciting opportunity for a Website Systems Analyst to join a dynamic and fast paced company, to help deliver a range of projects for our internal departments and shape the future of our online business.

Reporting to the Web systems Manager, the successful candidate will manage a range of technical projects, from initiation and planning through to delivery and release. Childrensalon are proud to be different and innovative, and in that vein, most of our systems are custom-built specifically for us and constantly being developed and improved on. You will be responsible for delivering quality projects on time and ensuring the systems remain robust and efficient. You will be analysing impacts of new projects on our systems and problem-solving workflow issues. You will also be the liaison with our developers and will be required to provide clear and accurate specifications to projects.

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple development tasks using project delivery methodologies.
- Monitor performance, trouble tracking and remediation for all issues.
- Assist in managing development teams, translating business requirements and functional specifications into technical requirements that
supports the integrity of all the system’s infrastructure.
- Keep projects on track by overseeing the full project life cycle with consideration of the overall roadmap.
- Input into project direction.
- Support communication flow to ensure collaboration across project teams to achieve project goals.
- Develop technical solutions to problems faced by other departments, consistently looking to improve the system and workflow
- Assist in managing development roadmap

Key Skills:

- Experience in delivering successful functionalities across multiple platforms.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- A good team player capable of delivering excellent results under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Experience of working with Jira.
- A positive "can do" enthusiastic attitude towards addressing the technical challenges facing Childrensalon.
- Conscientious individual demonstrating attention to detail along with high levels of ownership and commitment.
- Motivation to create high quality projects, functions and systems and learn new skills.

This role is based at our Head Office in Tunbridge Wells, however, due to the current Coronavirus pandemic will require flexibility and some working from home.
