Clark James Recruitment are working with a leading Mortgage business based in South East London/North Kent area.

Due to expansion within the business our client are looking to recruit a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their growing and established team of consultants on either an employed or self-employed basis.

This position will be based in South East London.

Candidate

You will be responsible for the daily duties that come with servicing an estate agency and will benefit from having access to vendors/purchasers alike.
A huge opportunity to write a large amount of business.
The successful candidate must demonstrate previous experience within a Mortgage capacity
CeMAP qualification is required
Qualified leads will be consistently supplied
The successful candidate will receive full administration support

Package

Our client are happy to offer this position on an employed or self-employed basis
Realistic OTE during the first year are between £50-70k, this will vastly grow as your client bank grows, our top earners are earning £100k plus.
